We have actually read the Board's advertising examples.

That sounds like a low bar. Three Australian agencies currently ranking for chiropractic Google Ads keywords are recommending patient testimonials, which for a chiropractor is advice to commit an offence.

The uncomfortable part

Some of what makes chiropractic profitable cannot be advertised.

Care plans and pre-paid visit packs are the economic engine of most Australian chiropractic clinics. Section 133 makes it potentially unlawful to advertise in a way that encourages regular attendance without clinical indication, and the guidelines name contracting for future services explicitly. The Board's fact sheet on duration and frequency of care requires that any proposed number of visits be appropriate, necessary and not arbitrary or excessive.

We are not going to tell you that is a technicality. It means the advertising can bring you the patient and explain the process honestly, and the clinical justification for a course of care has to be made in the room, by the practitioner, on that patient's presentation. Any agency promising to advertise your care plans directly is offering you a liability.

How we work

Four things specific to chiropractic.

We write from the Board's examples
Ahpra publishes profession specific advertising examples for only three professions, and chiropractic is one. Those worked corrections are the drafting standard we use, rather than the generic guidance that covers all fifteen National Boards.
We move the target to the second visit
The discounted initial consultation is a volume metric. Report of findings attendance is the revenue gate. Optimising to the first is how accounts get more efficient and less profitable at the same time.
We check the booking link before quoting
Ten seconds on your Book Now button tells us whether a working conversion chain is available on your current system. On Cliniko in particular the standard approach cannot work, and we would rather say that before invoicing than after.
We keep you live through December
Chiropractic demand falls about 8 per cent in December against physiotherapy's 20 per cent, while competitor budgets fall further than either. It is usually the cheapest month of the year in this category, and the industry convention is to be dark for it.
The demand we will not chase
The fastest rising chiropractic searches in Australia include baby chiropractor, pregnancy chiropractor and paediatric chiropractor. That demand is real and growing. It also sits directly on top of the Board's most restricted territory, including a live interim policy on spinal manipulation of children under two and a revised paediatric statement that was still in consultation into 2026. We will not build campaigns that monetise the gap between what people are searching for and what you are permitted to claim.
Straight answers

Questions clinic owners actually ask

Will complying with Ahpra make our chiropractic ads worse?
Less exaggerated, not less effective. What actually converts in this category is proximity, availability, a clear price, an explanation of what the first two visits involve, and evidence you are a real and established practice. None of those require a clinical outcome claim. The claims Ahpra prohibits are mostly the ones that make a clinic sound identical to every competitor, and removing them tends to make copy more specific rather than less.
Can you guarantee our chiropractic advertising is compliant?
We can guarantee the material we write follows the Board's published examples and the advertising guidelines, and that we will not put clinical testimonials into assets we control. We cannot give you legal advice, and Ahpra itself will not pre approve advertising. Two things sit outside anyone's guarantee: Google can now generate headlines and descriptions from your landing page content in some campaign types, and your website may carry claims we did not write. We audit both, and we tell you what we find.
How quickly can a chiropractic account start working?
Live within seven days, with first bookings usually inside the first fortnight, because chiropractic has genuine urgent demand and the offer structure converts quickly. Judging it properly takes longer, because the measure that matters is report of findings attendance, which lags the first visit by a week or two and needs enough volume to read. Expect a real answer at about eight weeks, and be suspicious of anyone declaring success on first visit bookings in week two.
Do you work with more than one chiropractor in the same area?
No, one clinic per catchment. That matters more in chiropractic than in most verticals, because with 6,408 registered chiropractors nationally against 47,620 physiotherapists, and the highest cost per click in Australian allied health, two clients in the same suburb would be bidding each other up in the most expensive auction in the category. We turn work down over this.
